Staff at a local nursery have been praised in a report by inspectors.
Monitors from the Care Inspectorate watchdog visited at Banchory Primary School on March 28.
It was noted in their recently published report that staff did a good job in helping new children settle in well.
The inspectors rated the nursery “very good” which is the second best of six possible ratings.
“Staff gathered comprehensive information about children before they started with the service and used this to support a calm settling-in period,” said the report.
One parent told inspectors: “My child has really blossomed since starting here. Staff got to know my child really quickly.”
